christer Hey Chris, the problems you're seeing are caused by the issue mentioned in our status page. Apologies for the lack of updates over the past few hours, the team have been focusing on the issue itself so comms slipped behind a bit.
The issue is temporary, and resolving it is our highest priority.
Our support email is the preferred channel for reporting issues and will probably get you the fastest response, but you can use whatever means you prefer (this forum, yell at us on Twitter, etc).
