My phone was stolen, so I changed my email password via the dashboard.
I use the Evolution client. I told it to forget passwords. I wrote a test message, hit send and it it asked for my password and that works fine. However, it can't seem to get any emails.
When I try to use my new password to connect to your webmail.de.opalstack.com, that also fails. Sometimes it says "Invalid request." Sometimes it says "Connection to IMAP server failed".
If I click the "change password" link on the webmail login page, that does work to change the password, but the new password can still only be used to send email via SMTP.
My computer runs ubuntu and I use the version of firefox and evolution that comes form the normal repos. My system is up to date. Everything was fine before I changed the password. Obviously, it's slight unnerving to be both without a phone or access to email, so I'd appreciate any help.
