I'm receiving "Cannot load module 'phalcon' because required module 'psr' is not loaded in Unknown:0" error in one of my PHP 7.4 apps for the last three hours.
This is not the first time that opal5 server had issues with loading modules, is it not possible to verify this after you add changes to the php.ini files?
