Disable PHP-PSR Extension

PHP 7.4 PSR extensions are installed by default. This is causing all kinds of compatibility issues with the newer versions of Symfony. Specifically on Drupal 9. Is it possible to disable the PSR extensions through .user.ini or some other method?

@sean Thanks! That did the trick. Does Opalstack send out email notifications when the default web PHP version changes? We found that PHP had silently upgraded from PHP 7.3 to 7.4 sometime within the last 13-14 months. Or maybe we aren't subscribed to the proper mailing list.

When we make major changes to the platform we announce them at https://www.opalstack.com/blog/, on Twitter @opalstack, and sometimes at http://status.opalstack.com/ if the change is directly related to an incident.

I've gone through our change history and it does look like the default PHP version was changed for Apache/PHP apps in October 2020. I know this was around the same time that we made a lot of changes with Apache/PHP, but at that time I wasn't aware of the change to the default version for Apache/PHP and failed to include that in the announcements that we made back then.
