I'm trying to connect Transmit SFTP to opal4.opalstack.com for a WP application. I entered my shell credentials and have been following the instructions from https://help.opalstack.com/article/15/sftp-access. I keep getting error: Could not connect to server “opal4.opalstack.com”. I've tried adding using the numeric address too. Am I missing something?
