pixelstudio Hi, I just enabled 2FA using Google Authenticator But I don't see it gives any backup code like most other websites do? What happen if I lost my phone? Thank you
Mike pixelstudio One solution would be to use 1Password which allows you to set up 2FA for a website. I just set it up to log into my.opalstack.com account and it works fine - https://support.1password.com/one-time-passwords/ It even puts in the 2FA code automatically when logging in.
sean We've got backup codes on the roadmap but for now if you lose your device we can help you get back in to your account. Instructions are in our user guide at: Disabling multi-factor authentication
sean Mike what the OP was requesting was backup codes which you can use if you lose access to your 2FA application, ie codes that you keep on paper or in an offline file so that you can use them for emergency access.
