WordPress - migrating with Duplicator, can't run installer.php

I'll be the first to acknowledge I'm not gifted at these things... I'm trying to use Duplicator to move a site (lootboxlaw.ca) from my old host to OpalStack: https://wpshout.com/quick-guides/move-a-wordpress-site-with-the-duplicator-plugin/
I've created the export files (installer.php and the zip file), and put both in an otherwise empty app directory in OpalStack. Since I'm not too fussed about downtime, I just changed the host names and waited for the DNS to catch up, and now I'm trying to run the installer.php file at lootboxlaw.ca/installer.php. It doesn't seem to want to resolve the IP address. I have the app, domain, and web route all configured.
Is there something else I should be doing? Is the process fundamentally flawed from my end in terms of how I'm approaching the steps?

MattShepherd lootboxlaw.ca/installer.php is loading for me as expected. If it's not loading for you then you may need to flush your local DNS cache to force your system to pick up the A record for the domain.

Flushing the DNS cache worked! However -- the site login is now pushing me to first an unsafe site warning, then a 404 error when I try to move past it.

MattShepherd That's happening because the application is redirecting the request to HTTPS, but you don't have HTTPS enabled for the site.

You can fix it by flipping the "Lets Encrypt certificate" toggle for your site via our control panel (we now support that for all sites). The certificate will be generated after a few minutes, and at that point you should be good to go.
