allyn those rules should work.
There's a delay of several minutes between changing your procmailrc in the dashboard and the time that the rules become active so be sure to take that into account prior to testing changes.
If you've waited at least 5 minutes and you believe that the rules still aren't working then please email support to let us know which mail user, and we'll then look into it further.
