502 Bad Gateway in Opal6 for 2.5 hours

There was an error 502 Bad Gateway in Opal6 for 2,5 hours.
Started yesterday at night and end today after midnight.
Our customers are also reporting the problem.

Opal6 Apache failed yesterday in a manner that our primary monitoring system did not detect so we didn't get a timely alert. We've tweaked the monitoring system to ensure that if this happens again we'll be alerted immediately and will be able to correct the problem.

FYI we are using https://www.site24x7.com/ for monitoring our apps on Opal6.
