Anyone successfully installed Deno yet?

I'm trying to get a Deno app up and running but so far not having much success.. lol.. I've made a Proxy Port app, tied it to my domain, created a Site Route to "/" and started a Deno http server on the port that the Opalstack app gave me. But I get 502 errors.. 🙁
Anyone have any better luck? I'm new to Opalstack and Deno so I'm sure I'm missing something obvious!

treeprosllc 502 for proxy port apps usually means one of the following:

Your app is not running, or...
Your app is running but not listening on its assigned port.

Since you've started your Deno server then I suspect that the second item is the problem. Check whatever configuration your Deno server is using to ensure that you've got your proxy port app's port assignment plugged in there.

I am interested in trying out deno too - is there some tutorial I can follow to set this up ?

anjanesh as far as I know it is not possible to run Deno on CentOS7.

We hope to support Deno at some point in the future after we've upgraded the operating system, but due to the recent changes in the CentOS project we're holding off on OS upgrades for now until we've determined the best upgrade path.

But where does deno store the node_modules temporarily ? cached in user folder's / tmp ?
Will there be any memory (RAM) implications ?

deno keeps its cache in ~/.cache/deno.

A running deno app will use memory like any other app.
