I set up a test email address in my POP3 client, but for some reason I cannot receive email. Sending is fine. The log error says:

Yet I followed the instructions from the support pages exactly. It's possible I did something wrong in my dashboard when configuring the address, as I'm not sure if I did it correctly. I did notice in my 'Notices' widget that it's called [user]@imap1.de.opalstack.com - which seems to be an imap protocol instead of pop3. But I also see no way to specify creating a pop3 address.
I'm a little lost, lol.
EDIT: When the SMTP is set to port 587 I cannot send nor receive
When I change it to 465, I am able to send (but still not receive), but with this warning:
The server didn't provide a root certificate during the session, and
there is no corresponding root certificate in your address book.
The connection may not be secure. Please contact your server administrator.
Continue anyway?
