devposadas we actually have a ticket system (Enchant), it just happens to use email as the customer UI.
If you need help with something then please email support@opalstack.com or use the "?" widget in the lower right corner of the dashboard.
We know a lot of you want to have a "ticket list" to look at so we've got that on the todo list.
