1) Which of your nameservers work bullet proof?
ns1.us.opalstack.com ?
ns2.us.opalstack.com ?
2) I need two working nameservers to godaddy and to namecheap.
3) I urgently need your help - it is impossible to try and try and try again with godaddy and namecheap slow and buggy web pages
4) I deleted yesterday Saturday all my applications, websites, domains and LE certicates i.e there definetely is nothing there
5) both godaddy and namecheap web sites confirm OK to my nameserver settings
6) opalstack keeps sending messages "le ssl failure - contact support
7) all links in app2ace4yo.app to opalstack webpages should work - why still LE certificate errors in some cases ?
8) can you fix the following websites to work
a) deeplearninginferen.app and .dev
b) dragonxi.com
c) knowledgereasoning.app
d) objectdetection.app
e) reasonit.app and .dev
f) yocto.app
g) zeroshotlearning.app

9) opalstack.com server initializes no https and no SE ssl certicate for above site routes i.e
a) it tries max once
b) it does not tell what was problem
c) it could tell "let the server try once"
10) taking into account the number of domains, applications and sites can you consider my request to be ok ?
Thanks in advance helping to solve these problems to get LE ssl certicate for these sites - no help got from webfaction, godaddy nor namecheap !

All of our NS work the same way. Please us whichever NS from the US region you want, ideally all three.

The type of failures that you are describing are almost always due to either DNS propagation or a slow response from the LE service itself.

In either case the solution is to uncheck LE for the site, wait about an hour, and try again.

however NOT OK
https does not work with these sites
opalstack server does put new LE request
even if you set off and set on again

(2) nb: domain providers manage ns settings:
(a) namecheap

may shuffle and change ns order
does not check values (we copy paste)
(b) godaddy
may delete ns settings anytime
although we set ns1...3.us.opalstack after
only having deleted app,website,domain and
le certificates at webfaction site did its owner godaddy delete our ns settings !

is the opalstack software OK ?
is there a virus at opalstack server, which has corrupted LE cerificate ?
can you fix the problen ?

OK, LE is now working for all of your sites.

What happened was that LE for some of your sites had failed multiple times due to DNS propagation, so our system stopped trying generate the certificates and needed to be reset from our end before it could try again. After I did that the system was able to generate your certificates.

(The system is designed to stop trying so that we don't inadvertently get your domain rate-limited by the LE service.)

@sean Hi, my initial problem is the same one: GoDaddy demands at least two nameservers, otherwise it fails (with the amazingly specific message "An unexpected error occurred"). Before it was like ns1.webfaction.com from ns1 to ns4.

All you gave me is "opal9.opalstack.com". Can I just prepend ns1 to ns4?
Anyway, if that works from your side, it does not change the problem with GD. (Still "An unexpected error has occurred")
