How to submit a support ticket?

I'm a migrant from WebFaction, just getting started here, and I have a couple of pretty elementary questions that I can't find answers to in the documentation or the forums. Can I submit them as support tickets, as I could in WF-land, or is this semi-public support forum the only place to get answers?

You can reach our support team via the help widget that appears in the lower right corner of your Opalstack dashboard, or via email sent to support@opalstack.com.

Both methods feed into our backend ticket system (powered by Enchant) and we'll respond from there. At this time there is no customer UI for tickets.
