I just found a mistake in my own import script and was a little surprised that the API allowed this to work. We have multiple servers and I created an app on one but used the "app_user" for another server. Fortunately the username is consistent across the servers, so it seems to have still put things in the right place, but this seems a little error prone. I can provide a UUID for a live app where this happened if it would be helpful.
