Let's Encrypt Certificate not Generating

I am having a lot of issues with the automatic Let's Encrypt functionality. First I got a message about my domains not point to the IP address of the server (all of them pointed to the correct server). I removed all of them except for one, and I was able to enable the Automatic Handling of LetsEncrypt certificates.

It has been 20 minutes and I still cannot see the certificate in my dashboard and still cannot access my site.

Is there anything else I need to do?

rrr Hello, depending on how many failed attempts there were while issuing the certificates, you may have been rate limited. That means you may need to wait an hour or so for it to reset before attempting again. In that case, turn OFF LetsEncrypt, ensure all domains have the correct DNS, then try again later. If issues persist beyond that, open a ticket to support@opalstack.com with all the details.

How do I manually renew an SSL ? One of my domains was recently re-purchased after it expired 6 months ago.

anjanesh I checked your site and found that LE was turned off. I turned it back on and your certificate is now working.

Is it not possible for us (users) to manually turn on / off this ?

anjanesh Yes, the same way you activated LE initially: via the Let's Encrypt toggle that appear on the site edit form.
