and helps to prepare to AlmaLinux 9

the script, which displays
php version for
of all apps (fpm included)
in the account -
and also preferreply
for each VPS shell user.

The script would help to update
php versions to apps, fpm apps
and corresponding scripts
which use older than 8.0 php version.

Just checking all web site php versions
may not reveal apps and fpm processes
using older than 8.0 php versions.

Neither does Opalstack GUI provide
the info which the script would offer.

(without VPS list for those not VPS,
