Geoserver not working with SSL

I have Geoserver deployed within private instance of Tomcat 9. Everything was working fine until I added SSL to the site serving Tomcat app. Now, there are all kinds of errors (400, 404, not able to connect), after trying to log in, save something or similar in the Geoserver admin panel.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

arbormagna Hi there,

Did you also make sure you added the related SSL parameters to the server.xml file? This also could be an issue if Geoserver is still referencing the HTTP URL in any of its configurations, so those would have to be updated to HTTPS, hardcoded URLs need updated too I think. I'd also check the logs too while reproducing the problem to see if more info is revealed.
