Hi,

I just noticed (about 25 minutes ago) that I wasn't able to send email via: <smtp.us.opalstack.com>

Confirmed here:

Opening this here because I don't have a backup outgoing mail server to open a ticket.

Also noticing opal1 going down and back up a couple times today. And this forum was down for a few minutes when I was trying to post this.

Update: Mail is being sent/recieved now.

That makes sense.

The DNS cache on my system must have kicked when I ran a ping because those succeed. Not sure why my mail app didn't fall back to that at the time. Maybe it is now and that's why I'm able to send.

I'm glad to see those various status updates. I started this thread because I didn't see any at the time.

Given that status.opalstack.com became unreachable during yesterday's outage, and given that the registration of opalstack.net exists and appears to belong to opalstack, would it be worth mirroring the content of status.opalstack.com on status.opalstack.net?
