New email

Hi,

I created a new email address and a new mailbox. I linked the mailbox to the email address. However, when I try to go to Webmail, I can't connect. I modified the password for the mailbox and tried again but it is not working. It just says, that the connection has failed.

sean Hi Sean, yes I am using the mailbox name info_labo. I tried to update the password but it didn't work. Thank you in advance for your help.
