Opalstack and all Opalstack-hosted websites inaccessible via Google's DNS

Not a problem with Opalstack specifically, but seemingly as of at least six hours ago, if you're using Google's DNS servers for domain resolution (IPv4 addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), then all Opalstack-hosted websites and servers, including this forum, are inaccessible.

Just wanted to bring this to support staff's attention as Google's DNS is fairly widely used there's been some confusion about it on Twitter thinking that Opalstack itself is down (e.g. here and here). Maybe a good time to jab any contacts at Google you might have!

querkmachine we've had to block Google's DNS servers due to an attack originating from them. We'll lift the block as soon as we're able to.

While this is resolved, any tips for quick export of dns zones? I can't find it in gui

We are having the same issues on the emails, apparently the mx recordings aren't working and we are not being able to send nor receive emails on Gmail.

The block is lifted as of ~ 50 minutes ago and all of our NS are working normally now.

If you still see any issues then please follow the instructions at https://www.wikihow.com/Flush-DNS to clear your local DNS cache and then try again.
