I'm getting 'Connection to IMAP server failed' when trying to log in to my webmail-accounts on the german server.
While there are no reported issues at this time, could you please open a ticket with support so we can look further into this and track this issue request better?
It seems to have solved itself already. Not sure what it was. No account would work. I don't think it was on my end.
HelenaGwyn it appears that this was caused by a firewall issue on the DE IMAP server. We've corrected that so this particular issue should be solved.
