One of my domains is not receiving emails. It can send, just not receive.
DNS is managed by GoDaddy. I have the following DNS Records
TXT v=spf1 include:spf.opalstack.com ~all
TXT v_DMARC1; p=none
A @ 23.83.135.74

The DMARC TXT record should be:
v=DMARC1; p=none
You didn't mention your MX records, so also please ensure that you have your MX records pointed at Opalstack. Instructions are in our documentation at: Records for your email
