Unable to connect to vps116.opalstack.com

Please, let our vps users connect to vps116.opalstack.com using filezilla !

(1) vps user was accidentally copy pasted to Password field for FileZilla after which
it displays "Could not connect to server"
for all VPS users i.e
(a) none of VPS users are able to use FileZilla !
(b) mistake by one VPS user prevents all other VPS users to do their jobs with FileZilla

(2) Why does the server accept at the same time SSH access from mobile users
using apps such Android termius ?
i.e.
(a) why allow users denied to use filezilla to use termius ?
(b) is this server action to prohibit usage only for filezilla /sftp ?

Please, just let those guys continue their jobs asap!

dragonxi If a single IP address makes a series of failed login attempts, then that IP address is banned for an hour.

If multiple users are connecting from that same IP address then the ban affects all of them.

Your mobile clients are probably connecting from a different IP address (ie the mobile network instead of your LAN) which is why they're still able to connect.
