Maria Databases offline on Opal9 ?

The Maria Databases on Opal9 seems to be throwing up errors - anyone else seeing the same thing?

I can't even access the web based database administer too. I've sent an email to support.

Now seems to have come back up OK after 10-15 mins of trying.

I've determined that the /tmp partition on the server filled up and caused the MariaDB service to fail temporarily.

We recently implemented a new monitor to alert us when this happens but it did not trigger. I'll debug the monitor and correct whatever problems I find there.
