What is a MariaDB database User's password?

I am new to Opalstack, coming from Webfaction.
I have searched the documentation and Forum but cannot find an answer. I am sure it is easy when you know how.
I have created a MariaDB database a couple of times which then creates a user and flashes the user password so quickly in a box at the top of the page I do not have time to copy it.
How can I find out the database user password so I can upload my data to the database?

I had just discovered that you can change the MariaDB Password from the panel as well..
