Problem: Unable to sftp upload from filezilla to vps116.opalstack.com

Filezilla displays as follows:

Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of vps116.opalstack.com
Status: Connecting to 45.56.88.180:21...
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

What is the problem ?

When will vps116.opalstack.com be available to sftp uploads ?

Notes:
1) ping vps116.opalstack.com -t was OK
2) all pages are responding

Why filezilla sftp fails whereas
Android Termius program is capable
to access vps116.opalstack.com

taking into account filezilla client is one
of the best and reliable program at least for us
i.e.
is this problem somehow related to
opalstack server ftp software
or
do we havy to tune filezilla timings
depending on clien location
or
do we have to have a new vps server
closer to clients
or
some other solution for sftp work ?

SFTP upload finally succeeded today!
Could it be that there are some internet traffic peaks to be avoided for sftp transfer
to San Francisco server ?

I've checked vps116 and don't see any problems on the server in the past 24 hours.

Please email support @ opalstack.com to let us know the username you were attempting to use for your SFTP connection so that we can look into what the problem might have been.

ok, I'll examine more this problem , which seems to hit sometimes in the beginning of sftp session when clients filezilla displays "could't connect to server" . Seems to hit any of 16 users. However, any other ssh client succeeds to connect! Thanks checking vps116.
