How to import a database > 64 mb?

Hi, currently moving my apps from WF to your servers 🙂
In Adminer i see 2 options:

file upload <64mb
from server
My compressed DB have a size of 200+mb
Uploading is not a possibility.
Where do i upload my SQL file in order to let Admirer to run the file??

I've tried to use sFTP to locate a logical place..but cant find one.

Please help me.

The "server" import option can't be used by customers since you don't have access to the Adminer installation directory.

To import a large database please do the following:

Create a shell user if you've not done so already.
Use your SFTP client to upload your SQL file to the shell user home directory
Use the appropriate command-line database client to import your data:
- MariaDB (for MySQL)
- PostgreSQL

Another problem now is that somehow my SSH connection is not stable.
My connection will get killed very often -->
Connection to 172.104.155.152 closed by remote host.

Any idea why?
