How to get in touch with Webfactioneers?

Gist of the issue I'm facing is that I thought my Webfaction account was going to be migrated to tsoHost. Today I got an email saying that my account has been cancelled due to incompatibility. I tried logging into Webfaction to get the archive of files I've been meaning to copy but I'm no longer able to log-in or ssh into the server. (I know I should have done this earlier. Big mistake on my end.)

I've already emailed support@webfaction.com and am eagerly waiting for a reply.

Does anyone have any idea on how I could log back in/ssh into my Webfaction account? Or other avenues to get in touch with Webfactioneers to hopefully get files/backups from my Webfaction account?

In case anyone else is as careless as I am and have not secured an updated local backup of their Webfaction account, the ticketing system still allows you to log-in and open a ticket. (https://help.webfaction.com/)

They make no promises but at least they're trying. Webfactioneers are a class act until the end. Keeping my fingers crossed that they can help.

From what I can tell they are just buried under the number of emails that have come in from this (as you can probably imagine).

klynton Update: They have responded to the support ticket that I've opened. They have graciously given me 10 more days to get everything I need.

Webfaction has been great from start to finish. And the migration to Opalstack has been a breeze.
