Let's encrypt certificates generation problem?

When trying to generate certificates for three different domains with separate site routes we got the following error:

Lets Encrypt failed to generate a certificate for your site: xxxx. The site is served by a CDN which produced a redirect at the challenge URL.

The site is not served by a CDN, it's just not using Opal's DNS, but there's a propagated A record pointing to the correct IP and we already got the LE cert generated correctly for other domains with the same set up.
We tried to generate the certificates again and the task has been on queue for more than an hour now (it usually took about 10 minutes to complete).
Is there any problem going on with the certificates generation? Thank you!

wweb LE generation is slow due to the high volume of new certificates being generated for new customers coming over from WF.

Everything will be generated eventually and the cycle will speed up over the next few days.

Also if anybody is experiencing the same issue right now they can try the steps described here as a temporary solution: https://help.opalstack.com/article/35/how-can-i-use-a-lets-encrypt-ssl-certificate#the-manual-way (we didn't try it yet as we are waiting to see if the automatic control panel system get the work done, but we will if the second attempt is not successful and it should work fine...)

BTW, we just got the notification for the fist one:

Lets Encrypt generation successful for site xxx, the new certificate will be applied in a few minutes.
