apiou Dear Sean, one question about the VPS offer. I have not the impress that the VPS offer of Opalstack is comparable to what we have on other managed VPS platform in term of system access. Most platforms seems to allow root access or even install our prefered ISO image. Do you plan to offer the same in the near future ?
sean At the present time all of our services are managed, meaning we manage the server hardware, OS, etc while customers maintain their apps etc within their own home directories. If there's enough demand then we might look into unmanaged plans.
