Node.js app not working :/

I'm trying to get the sample node.js app working (ie the code generated from the one-click installer), and don't seem to be able to get it working -- browser tells me it can't find the server's IP ... though I am able to ping the address
I have the Site Route pointing to /
(should the port be included somewhere in the route?)
I've also ssh'ed and checked that the app is running, stopped and started..
Are there some additional steps I might be missing? Or something that I should check?

You don't include the port in the URI route.

If you've added the Node app to URL / on a site using domain.com, then you should be able to access it via http://domain.com.

If that's not working for you and you're sure that your domain is resolving to the correct server IP then please email our support with the details and we'll look into it.
