US SMTP blocked

Analyzing the status of Opalstack, Microsoft's blocking of US SMTP has not been resolved.

There is already an emergency plan for this purpose or something of the kind if the blockade continues.

Most of my customers use hotmail for my support, and they get no response during that interval.

andrebr we're hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible but it's really up to Microsoft at this point.

If you need an immediate workaround you can do this:

Create a new mail user assigned to imap1.de.opalstack.com: https://help.opalstack.com/article/98/managing-mail-users
Configure your desktop mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail etc) to use the new mail user and smtp.de.opalstack.com for outgoing mail only.

This way you can continue to receive mail for your existing mail user, and the mail you send will go out via our German SMTP which is not blocked.
