Mailing list config (need CNAME and TXT)

Hello, thank you for your guide on manually adding DNS records here.

I'm currently trying to reconcile the restrictions on that page with the requirements of the provider. My specific problem is that the provider requests both CNAME and TXT entries, but Opalstack seems to forbid that combination of entries: I can add CNAME or TXT but not both. Can you help me navigate these competing constraints?

1. Log in to your DNS management panel
2. Navigate to DNS records or DNS management
3. Add each record above with the values provided. Visit 
    https://www.mailerlite.com/help/troubleshooting-domain-authentication 
    if you're facing issues.
4. Save the changes


After adding the records, return to MailerLite and click to check the records 
to verify they are working correctly. It can take up to 24h for the records to 
become active

enfascination there's no constraint that's getting in your way.

For the CNAME record, first add litesrv._domainkey.commoningstandard.org as a new domain, then add the CNAME to that.

The TXT record must be added directly to the apex domain commoningstandard.org.

sean Thank you. Now I understand: the text "Add "email._domainkey.domain.com" as a new domain" was simultaneously crystal clear and a little confusing. I think what was throwing me off about that sentence is that the "domain" in "domain.com" is a placeholder for my website while the "domain" in "email._domainkey" is the literal string domain.
