Help! Mailbox too big, stopped working

My email has stopped working and I can see in the dashboard that my email box is way over its limit. Last week I massively cleaned out my mail from my email client and emptied it's trash, but clearly that doesn't seem to have reached the server side, for some reason.

I'm clearly over my head here. Not sure what to do to pare back the size of this monstrosity. Happy to pay you guys for some more space until you can advise how to deal with this, but right now I'm dead in the water for email and that's a big problem.

Please let me know what to do.

Your email won't automatically stop working if you exceed your disk quota. We'd notify you before taking any action like that.

If your incoming email is not arriving then please check the status of your domain with your domain registrar to ensure that your registration is current. If it is not, then renew the domain and point it back to your Opalstack server.

I've got the domain issue sorted out. Will back in touch with you shortly on a decision about more space.
