Got request to add a credit card when I logged in - why?

I have been a OpalStack SingleStack user for several months, and deployed a static website last fall. Today, I tried to log in, and got a message that I needed to add a verify a card with Stripe - do I need to do this? I used my Google credentials to log in, could that be the problem?

andysylvester you probably logged in via Google or some other third party service, when your account was not originally created that way. When this happens a new account is created.

I recommend you close the new account and then log in with your account username.
