I disagree. My goal was to search arcticocean.ai domain, just that, one domain, no other domains,
to perform domain search not any a usual text sesrch
As opalstack server depicts a user can
perform a domain search.
Opalstack server should prompt that the
search is a text search.
If opalstack would prompt it will return
domains containing text string arcticocesn
I would accept it to return also _atproto
and www.
Unfortunately opalstack server wrongly
returns also antsrctic.ai and its _atproto
and www
Opalstack.com professional ISP provider
can be expected to treat domains as
unique object identifiers in the same
way as other ISPs manage domains not
forgetting domain registrars.
Why not to offer standard text search
features if you want to handle domains
as any texts such as arcticocean.ai
/ arcticocean. / arcticocean.???
Why not have domain data in relation
database with domain name as key -
after all you giys offer two relation
dstabase systems ?
If opalstack server tries to gues domains
a user intents to process then proposing
antarcticocean.si is a poor guess - and
I suspect it would fail to return
southernocean.ai ?
Also when a user aska opalstack.com server to
list all domains the server should list only
all domains - not anything else as it now does.
Hoping you guys will listen your users feedbacks
as you used to do - or have you changed
your customer service quality ?
