Block sender in RoundCube

In some version of RoundCube, under the "More" button, there's supposedly a "Block Sender" option so as to block the sender of an email but I don't see that option in the RoundCube that's installed. Would it be possible to get the version of RoundCube installed that has this feature ?

We have procmail enabled in the dashboard in the email area to perform this task, its more robust so we don't have the feature in roundcube. Here is the procmail rule to block a sender,

# Block sender (file to Junk) ---
:0:
* ^From:.*\<bad@sender\.com\>
$MAILDIR/.Junk/

I am using procmail extensively and getting a little tired of the steps to add rules. It would be so much faster/easier if a simple "block sender" button/functionality were available in RoundCube. See also my other question about adding/creating a plugin for RoundCube.
