How do install specific software on opalstack?

Hi Everyone, I'm Meenu Hinduja and my husband Dheeraj Sudan, run a business. I’m looking to install and configure software on my Opalstack account. I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience, please give your suggestion.

You can install most website(s) and web-app(s) as long the software supports the configuration provided here at OpalStack.
Some things you can't run are like .NET on Windows - because its all Linux servers here but even then, a .NET from version 6/7 support is there on Linux as well. I even managed to run a Java app here but because of the resources Java requires you need a VPS for that, for most of the other apps like WordPress, Django, RoR etc etc a shared plan would suffice.
