Hello. There was a problem when friend@example1.com tried to send a message to tom@example2.com
(where MX records for example2.com are mx1.de.opalstack.com. and mx2.de.opalstack.com.)
which resulted in the following report being sent to friend@example1.com:

The message in question cannot by any stretch of the imagination be described as spam. I'm not aware of having asked any of my services at opalstack to do any spam filtering for me (but I could be mis-remembering).
Where did my friend and/or I go wrong?
