anjanesh we're not able to make a newer Node.js available on CentOS 7 servers and we can't change the default system Node.js because other system packages may depend on it.
The new AlmaLinux 9 servers fully support the latest Node.js and will be available soon, but the system default is still an older version which can't be changed. You'll still be able to download the newer version into your home directory and configure your shell and apps to use that as the default.
The AlmaLinux servers also support container apps so if you need to run an image that requires a particular version of Node.js then it should just work.
