CentOS7 binaries for Nginx and PHP-FPM are not binary compatible with AlmaLinux 9, neither natively nor running under WSL. However, if you are referring to your Nginx/PHP-FPM private instances then those do not actually have any binary components as they are just configuration files pointing to the main system binaries. You should be able to edit the configuration to point everything to the location of your locally-installed binaries or the binaries on the new server.
