dragonxi There is no general reason for .ai domains (specifically) to be affected by email problems while the email services for other domains are working fine. Please send the necessary details to our support team via email and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Your mailboxes are fine and I don't see any problems with your .ai domains. Note that there was a recent high load condition on the US IMAP server which may have caused delays in the receipt of messages yesterday but there are no issues at this time.
If you don't select a location for your mailbox then it defaults to Europe. We do not offer mail service in Asia at this time. Our EU data center is not in a war zone.
The attachment you sent in your ticket does not contain all of the information that we need to troubleshoot. I will send a reply to your ticket with more information.

You can review your email address configuration at https://my.opalstack.com/mail/. A .com domain is no more or no less "safe" than a .ai domain or any other domain. You can configure your email addresses however you like.
I will reply to your ticket to continue to troubleshoot your missing email messages.

Well done guys!

I know how to proceed, thanks a lot !
~ It starts to look like .ai is as any other TLD
- as you guy told me right from the beginning -
problems hit when I started to add new email
resources for .ai fellows
bad luck hit when that one mailserver
was occasionally under heavy load
(not due to our tests), some emails
went through only when sent several times
and I made mistake in the beginning
not having good methods for testing

Mistakes I made - to name few:
did not define password for mailbox
~ email client apps notified, was easy to fix
did not set mailbox to email address
~ correcting was easy
? just wander where did those emails go ?
? why is not mandatory ?
picked a wrong mailbox for email address
~ roamed mobile and used smart phone
sometimes in difficult circumtances
~ many emails addresses and mailboxes
forgot to select country to mailbox
? why not to have default in radio button ?
- assumed USA in edge app
  mail.us.opalstack.com <-- POP3 server
  smtp.us.opalstack.com <-- Outgoing smtp server
  (server set Europe as default)

Backup email addresses I did define for
each email address

as Opalstack rightly recommends
no lost emails in tests
Opalstack support could verify that
all emails were sent ok
and that the server handled them ok

~ it revealed that not all email addresses
were configured in edge devices
also that some edge email apps
had started to behave wrongly
when the number of email addresses grew
~ it revealed also that some edge mail apps
are designed to handle only few emails

i.e. we just added more doing this job
