  • Valid Email getting marked SPAM suddenly

Since a few days ago our email has been heavily marked with SPAM tags on valid email causing a lot to go to our spam folders. We don't have any rules in place so not sure what has changed, any thoughts? Not very knowledgeable not this subject sorry!

    Kerick45 you might have a problem with your DNS records. Please email the following details to support@opalstack.com:

    • The email domain
    • The sender address for the message that went to spam
    • The recipient address for the message that went to spam
    • The date and time (with time zone) that the message was sent

    Once we have that info we can begin to troubleshoot for you.
