Do not use localhost when connecting to postgresql

Our site suddenly went down and upon looking into the matter, it caused by failure to connect to postgresql.

psql: FATAL:  no pg_hba.conf entry for host "209.58.165.79"

This site has been running more than a year without problem. Fortunately it's fixable by changing localhost to 127.0.0.1 and save us from having to wait for support with 12 hours time zone difference!

Thank you! I had the same problem in opal16, using 127.0.0.1 fixed the connection.

Apologies for the trouble everyone! The problem was caused by a configuration change that we accidentally pushed across our server fleet earlier today. That has been fixed on all servers and everything should be working normally with your original settings.
