If your domain uses Opalstack's name servers and you need to create a CNAME record for Microsoft Outlook autodiscover then take the following steps, replacing "domain.com" with your own domain:
- Go to https://my.opalstack.com/domains/.
- Click "Add Your Domain" at the top right. A form will appear.
- Enter "autodiscover.domain.com" as the new domain name.
- Click "Add All" on the form to save the new domain.
- Back at https://my.opalstack.com/domains/ click the Edit icon for the "autodiscover.domain.com" item that you just added.
- Click "Add DNS Record" at the top right. A form will appear.
- Select CNAME in the first form field.
- Enter "autodiscover.outlook.com" as the record content.
- Click "Add DNS Record" on the form to save the CNAME record.
