sean If your domain uses Opalstack's name servers and you need to create CNAME records for Constant Contact DKIM then take the following steps, replacing "domain.com" with your own domain: Go to https://my.opalstack.com/domains/. Click "Add Your Domain" at the top right. A form will appear. Enter "ctct1._domainkey.domain.com". Click "More" on the form. An additional text entry box will appear. Enter "ctct2._domainkey.domain.com". Click "Add All" on the form to save the new domains. Back at https://my.opalstack.com/domains/ click the Edit icon for the "ctct1._domainkey.domain.com" item that you just added. Click "Add DNS Record" at the top right. A form will appear. Select CNAME in the first form field. Enter "100._domainkey.dkim1.ccsend.com" as the record content. Click "Add DNS Record" on the form to save the CNAME record. Repeat steps 7-11 for "ctct2._domainkey.domain.com" using "200._domainkey.dkim2.ccsend.com" as the CNAME content.
chad Thank you. This helped me figure out how to enter a TXT record for DKIM. This is the first time I've had to set a DNS record on a subdomain, and it wasn't clicking that I had to create the subdomain first and then add the record there.
