Is it possible to install and run bun on Opalstack?

marlus I've tried installing Bun on our servers but it's pulling in some binary components that aren't compatible with CentOS 7.

drocha Sorry, bun is still not compatible with our platform. It will likely be doable when we start offering the next iteration of our managed web hosting solutions sometime this year.

drocha On the new AlmaLinux servers, yes! And the one command install is all you need 🙂

$ curl -fsSL https://bun.sh/install | bash
$ source ~/.bash_profile
$ bun -v
1.3.4

You can request a migration by emailing support@opalstack.com, but please review the migration docs in preparation first.
