delight please check that your settings are correct. In FileZilla you need the following:
- Host: xxxx.opalstack.com (replace xxxx with your server name, like opal1 or vps12)
- User: your shell user name (just the name without the "@xxxx.opalstack.com " part)
- Password: your shell user password
- Port: 22
If you're certain that the settings are correct then please contact our support team to let them know the shell user you're working with. We'll then be able to check the server to see what might be happening.
