Unable to receive support using support@opalstack.com

Hi support team,

I've sent multiple emails to support@opalstack.com but received no response. My email is hosted at Opalstack and I do receive other emails from Opalstack.

I need support disabling my 2FA as I lost access to my authenticator app.

Can you please help?

ahmed I've confirmed that our replies to your messages are sitting in your inbox on the mail server. If you log into our webmail with your mailbox name you will see them there.
